Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard; these limits may be updated periodically. 8. Account Suspension & Closure

Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: provision of false registration information, suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, unauthorized multiple accounts, or conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If an investigation confirms a material breach, 3d77 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. You may also voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting our support team; any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant, and 3d77 may apply an inactivity fee or close the account in accordance with our dormant account policy. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before applying any dormancy measures.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
